Hello there – I’m always looking around for good blogs and sites relating to massage therapy and wellness in general. The chiropractor I see locally here uses a method called Active Release Technique and it has really helped specifically when I mix that with massage therapy. It’s hard to find a quality clinic – how do you evaluate who’s decent and who isn’t? Other than patient reviews and the like – would be nice to get a checklist or something to avoid wasting time with bad providers. Thanks for your time.
